The ceremony on the occasion of the 25^th Anniversary of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic was held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, on 18-21 April 2018 with the participation of the Presidents and Justices from the Constitutional Courts of many countries.

Justice of the Turkish Constitutional Court Mr. Rıdvan Güleç and Rapporteur Volkan Has participated in the ceremony on behalf of the Turkish Constitutional Court.

The international conference on “Supremacy of the Constitution and its Direct Force: Issues of Ensuring the Legal Protection of the Constitution” was held within the scope of the programme. Mr. Güleç made a presentation in the Conference titled “Constitutional Interpretation and the Binding Effect and Limits of the Constitutional Court’s Interpretation”.

Throughout the Conference, the delegation of the Turkish Constiutional Court held meetings and exchanged views with other delegations.
