International Conference themed “Human Rights and National Security: Achievement of the Balance between Human Rights and State Interests. The Role of the Body of Constitutional Jurisdiction” was held on the occasion of the 23th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine.

In representation of the Turkish Constitutional Court, Vice-President of the Court Mr. Engin Yıldırım attended the Conference held by Ukraine in Kiev on 26-28 June 2019. Mr. Yıldırım delivered a presentation with the theme of “Turkish Constitutional Court, Human Rights and National Security”.
