The President of Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Zühtü ARSLAN participated in the Board of Members Meeting of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions and international symposium on “Constitutional Complaint”, organised in the capital city of Jakarta, Indonesia, together with Mr. Hamit YELKEN, Deputy Secretary General of the Constitutional Court. In the aforementioned meeting, decisions were delivered on the membership of Constitutional Chamber of Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan and Constitutional Tribunal of Myanmar along with the consideration of the establishment of permanent secretariat of the Association during the meeting to be held in Bali in 2016. Further more, President Mr. Zühtü ARSLAN presented a paper titled “Constitutional Complaint as an Instrument for the Protection of Fundanmental Rights: Turkish Example.”
