Organised by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the VIII. International Legal Forum took place on the 14^th to 18^th of May, 2018 in the city of the Russian Federation, St Petersburg with the participation of the presidents and members of the constitutional courts of many countries.

Mr. Muammer Topal, Member of the Constitutional Court and Mr. Mustafa Kadir Atasoy, Director of the International Relations Department, represented our Court in this organisation.

Conferences and symposiums in many field has been organised in the theme of “Constitution in the Global Change Epoch and the Goals of Constitutional Review”.

The delegation of the Constitutional Court convened other countries’ delegations and exchanged information during the Congress’ conferences and events.
