The solemn ceremony of the 8^th Judicial Year of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo was held in Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, on 25 October 2017 with the participation of the Presidents and Justices of the Constitutional Courts of several countries and of the representative of the Venice Commission.

On behalf of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey, Justice Mr. Yusuf Şevki HAKYEMEZ and Deputy Secretary General Mr. Salim KÜÇÜK participated in the ceremony.
