Mr. Geert-Hinrich AHRENS, Head of OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) Limited Election Observation Mission, which will function as an observer delegation at the 26th General Parliamentary Election to be held on 1 November 2015, and the accompanying delegation were received by Mr. Zühtü ARSLAN, President of the Constitutional Court, on 23 October 2015; and Mr. Ayaz ORUCOV, Member of Azerbaijani Parliament and Head of TÜRKPA (Parliamentary Assembly of Turkish Speaking Countries) Delegation, which will also function as an observer during the above-mentioned Election, and the accompanying delegation, were received by Mr. Zühtü ARSLAN, President of the Constitutional Court, on 30 October 2015.
