Justice of Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Kadir ÖZKAYA and Secretary General of the Constitutional Court Mr. Selim ERDEM paid a visit to Prishtine, Kosovo to participate in the international conference themed “Incidental Control as Constitutional Mechanism in Ensuring Constitutionality of Laws in Transitional Countries”, held on 26 – 27 October 2016 on the occasion of the 7th Judicial Year of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.

Mr. Kadir ÖZKAYA delivered a presentation titled “Constitutional Review in Turkey” during the conference.
