A delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey headed by Justice of the Constitutional Court Mr. Hicabi DURSUN paid a study visit to Riga, capital city of Latvia, on 25-28 May 2016 to participate in the international conference themed “Judicial Activism of Constitutional Court in a Democratic State”, organized on the occasion of the 20th Anniversary of The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Latvia.

Mr. Hicabi DURSUN delivered a presentation titled “A General Review on Judicial Activism and Turkish Constitutional Court’s Experience” in the conference which began on 26 May 2016.

The delegation departed for Turkey on 28 May 2016.
