Justice of Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Muammer TOPAL and the accompanying delegation paid a visit to Kyiv, Ukraine to participate in the international conference themed “Constitutional Control and the Processes of Democratic Transformation in Modern Society”, held on 7 – 8 October 2016 on the occasion of the 20th Anniversary of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

Mr. Muammer TOPAL delivered a presentation titled “The Review of Legal Mechanisms for Protection of Human Rights” during the mentioned conference.
