Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Recep KÖMÜRCÜ and Rapporteur Judge of the Constitutional Court Ms. Berrak YILMAZ participated in the international conference under the theme of “Constitution and Modernization of Society and the State” devoted to the Constitution Day of the Republic between 28 – 31 August 2017 in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, and also attended the social activities.
