The President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Zühtü ARSLAN, the President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes Mr. Nuri NECİPOĞLU, the Constitutional Court Justices Mr. Serdar ÖZGÜLDÜR, Mr. Serruh KALELİ and Mr. Recep KÖMÜRCÜ attended the Judicial Year Opening Ceremony at the invitation of the Supreme Court of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus on 19 September 2016. The President and the accompanying delegation were also received by the President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Mr. Mustafa AKINCI.
