Prof. Dr. Engin YILDIRIM, Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey, participated in the international conference under the theme of “Regional Challenges in Implementation of the European Convention on Human Rights” organized by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania, Council of Europe and European Humanities University on 8 – 9 December 2016 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
