Prof. Dr. Engin Yıldırım, Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey, participated in the international conference under the theme of “Constitutional Justice: Doctrine and Practice” held within the framework of “VII. St. Petersburg International Legal Forum” on 16 – 20 May 2017 in St. Petersburg, Russia, and delivered a presentation titled “Individual Application and the Turkish Constitutional Court: A Balance-Sheet” during the conference.
